Lapperts Super Premium Ice Cream

Walter Lappert opened Lappert’s Premium Ice Cream in 1981 in Kauai, and since the company has grown to have locations throughout California and in Nevada and Arizona. There are three locations throughout Palm Springs.

Lappert’s serves up award-winning ice cream in a rotating selection of 260 distinctive flavors with 48 flavors to choose from each day. A visit to Lappert’s and you’ll find flavors like Date Casablanca, Kauai Pie, Banana Cream Pie, Kona Coffee, Caramel Coconut Macadamia Nut, and Hawaiian Sea Salt Caramel.

The Date Shake is a must-try. The iconic shake is made with Lappert’s Ultra-Premium Date Ice Cream and housemade date paste made daily with local Coachella Valley dates.
